2006 YO Wheelin, Spring Edition

Mountain Home, Texas

April 21st and 22nd

This H2 has a little trouble right off the bat.

Barry walks up Lonny’s Lookout with his new ARBs.

The trail leaders join in on the fun at the Playground.

Barry jumps right in.

Of course I can not resist.

The H1 in the group was not SKEERED.

Of course, when he high centered, the Red Rocker helped him out.

It took some manpower to get that heavy H1down.

Then I was obliged to show him how it is done.

Robert enjoys his first trip to the YO.

Tanner show us what a cedar root did to Barry’s sidewall.

Well, off to some more loose hill climbs.

This H2 pickup took it to the woods.

Check out the Unimog axles on this TJ.

That H1 did awesome on this obstacle.

Yellow did not always work here though.

Never follow too close on the trails.

I realized over the years I did not have too many photos of the awesome facilities at the YO. This is a big part of what makes the YO a special place. Here are a few shots.

Tanner and Robert enjoy the pool.

Barry and I parked at the pool to rinse off the trail dust.

We head to the pavilion for dinner.

The YO always has tough security outside the bar.

In the bar you can play some pool.

Or, order a beverage from the bar.

Pssst, Margo, draw my name for the Cooper tires.

Dan, Robert, and Barry say adios to the YO.
