2001 Superlift Event, TMTC

Gilmer, Texas

December 9th thru 11th, 2001

Jimmy, Michael, and Ray in front of the LUXURIOS Gilmer Inn

Once Rodder turned 4x4 enthusiast

What we have here is a total disregard for your vehicle

Jimmy burps the throttle on that TPI small block

A tricked out CJ makes short work of these bolders

This YJ had a 4 cylinder Cummings diesel and coil suspension

Even George Dubya stopped by

My trail leader was impressed with my LACK of flex

I scored the same as an AMC Pacer on the articulation ramp

Jimmy spins the tires just so I can hear those Flowmasters working

Jimmy and Michael staging for a trail ride

The loose rocks, mud, and rock ledge were nothing, the stump however WAS a problem

“You guys follow me, I know where the BYPASS is”

Ray videos Michael as Jimmy brushes a tree with his soft top

My spotter provides help “NAIL IT”

Michael’s TJ with a great East Texas backdrop

Don't know which I liked better, the paint job or the licenses plate?

This is the cleanest Scout I have ever seen.

This is a shot of the Rock Garden from the exit end.

A good spotter is essential

This TJ was built to the hilt.

Oh, except for Dana 60s. A winch was needed after he snapped a front axle.

Loading the trailers was easy with the help of this crane!
